The Chongqing Hot Pot Ingredients Comprehensive Exhibition Center is a comprehensive exhibition center integrating a hot pot museum, hot pot ingredient display, and cultural and creative consumption experience. It is located at the original Shaiwangtuo Salt Warehouse at the end of the second phase of Wenfeng Ancient Street. The Shaiwangtuo Salt Warehouse was built in 1936 and was once one of the eight major salt warehouses in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. It witnessed the important history of salt storage and transportation during the Anti-Japanese War period. Today, while retaining its original appearance, this historical building has been revitalized and transformed into a display window for Chongqing hot pot culture.

Carved lacquer, also known as “Tihong,“ originated from lacquerware. It is a technique that uses raw lacquer as the primary material, applying it to a base to a certain thickness and then carving patterns with a knife. This method is often referred to as the art of time, representing a treasure and the essence of traditional Chinese craftsmanship. Depending on the color variations, it is categorized into Tihong (red carving), Tihei (black carving), Ticai (multicolor carving), and Tixi (rhinoceros carving).

Nanshan Workshop is located at the Litchi Pavilion in Wenfeng Park and stands as Hechuan‘s premier golden-thread nanmu art exhibition hall. The woodcarving brand, established in 1965, is renowned for its intricate production processes and meticulous craftsmanship, boasting exceptional artistic and collectible value. Its core production technique, “Hechuan Chen‘s Woodcarving Art,“ has been inscribed in the “Intangible Cultural Heritage List of Hechuan District, Chongqing.“ The “Miraculous Golden-thread Nanmu Ornament Series from the Mountain City“ has been honored with the titles of “China‘s Best Gifts,“ “Chongqing‘s Best Gifts,“ and “Chongqing‘s Diplomatic Gifts“ in 2024.

The Hechuan Cultural Tourism Product Collective Procurement Center is situated at 315 Zhongnan Road, Hechuan District. It houses the Hechuan Xia Inkstone Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, the Boxwood Carving Art Gallery, and a renowned specialty sales center. Serving as a centralized showcase for Hechuan‘s cultural tourism products, it also functions as a significant venue for tourism visits, tourist shopping, intangible cultural heritage inheritance, and student practical activities.
