How to get to the Diaoyu City Scenic Area?

1. Train or high-speed rail

As a developed tourist city, Chongqing boasts convenient transportation. You can choose to take a train from Chongqing West Railway Station or Chongqing North Railway Station to Hechuan Station (journey time: about 25 minutes). Upon arrival at the station, you can either take a taxi or take bus G001 to the tourist center of the Diaoyu City Scenic Area (journey time is about 15-30 minutes).

II. City buses

Departing from the main urban area of Chongqing, you can search for "Yukexing" on WeChat and select Chongqing Hechuan. Then, take a bus to Hechuan Passenger Transport Center at Chenjiaping Bus Station, Hongqihegou Bus Station, Chongqing West Railway Station Bus Station, Chongqing Caiyuanba Bus Station, etc. After arriving at the station, you can take a taxi to the Tourist Center of Diaoyu City Scenic Area (approximately 15 minutes by car).

III. Self-driving or ride-hailing

You can use navigation software to directly search for "Diaoyu City Scenic Area Visitor Center" to obtain the optimal route. The Diaoyu City Scenic Area Visitor Center has a parking lot for tourists, which is convenient for parking vehicles.

Parking reminder for Diaoyu City Scenic Area and its surrounding areas

1. The Diaoyu City Scenic Area and its surrounding areas have the Banbian Street Tourist Center parking lot (with approximately 292 parking spaces), the Xishi Courtyard parking lot (with approximately 235 parking spaces), and the Diaoyu City Avenue temporary parking lot (with approximately 200 parking spaces).

II. When the aforementioned three parking lots reach saturation, visitors are advised to follow on-site guidance or the instructions of traffic police to park in an orderly manner on one side of Shuijun Road and on both sides of Diaoyucheng Avenue in a forward direction.

III. When the aforementioned parking lots reach saturation, visitors can follow the on-site traffic police's instructions to park on both sides of Senkai Road, in the Yangxin Pavilion parking lot (with 108 parking spaces), and in the Yucheng Qiuyun parking lot (with 50 parking spaces). They can then take the free shuttle bus to the tourist center of the scenic area.
